摘要

本文的研究从我国商品房市场的实际状况入手。根据对某一线城市商品房需求的研究，本文选择了灰色理论和计算机仿真相结合的方法。本文围绕灰色系统理论提出了预测方案，建立了GM(1,1)模型来预测商品房市场的销售情况。进一步确定区域商品住宅市场的生产规模，为企业投资决策提供科学依据。还可以增强房地产开发商的抗风险能力，提高商品房项目的盈利水平。

Commercial Housing Sales Forecasting Model Based on Grey System

The study of this paper begins from the real status of commercial housing market in our country.
