摘要

本文重点研究拉脱维亚最大城市里加的发展战略,分析其现有基础设施和城市负荷密度形成的复杂方法。在长期规划的早期阶段和中期设计阶段给出了有根据的未来负荷定义。大城市片区和微片区的发展过程主要由负荷增长和负荷密度提供。关于负荷密度这样一个重要参数的可靠信息可以用来帮助新区未来的负荷、电力系统负荷要素的初步选择、变压器的安装功率和新变电站(TS)的安置。本文提出了大城市不同电压等级负荷密度的形成、确定和更新问题。

Load density formation in largest cities
