The study aims at improving the qualification of BE translators, elevating their career competence and innovating teaching methods. Several adjustments and optimized schemes are given for improving BE translator training system. The results of the paper prove that Three-dimensional Transformation Theory is also applicable in cultivating qualified BE translators and provide a new perspective for BE cultivation scheme and teaching reform. 摘要

本文在对当前“商务英语”专业教育现状进行实证研究的基础上，从立体转换理论的视角对商务英语翻译人才培养方案进行了研究。本研究旨在提高英语翻译人员的素质，提高他们的职业能力，创新教学方法。为完善翻译人员培训体系，提出了若干调整和优化方案。本文的研究结果证明了三维转换理论同样适用于培养合格的英译译者，并为英译培养方案和教学改革提供了新的视角。Keywords-Business英语;三维转换;职业能力;教学改革
