The realization of op amp nonlinear macromodel on SPICE
In this paper a comparatively ideal curve fitting technique for a nonlinear function is used to approach the large signal saturation nonlinear characteristics of an op amp input stage, so that the time domain response of circuits containing nonlinear op amp macromodels can be simulated precisely on SPICE.
