An observer-based control design subject to fixed time delay is proposed to construct the augmented state-space model. Based on the Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality (LMI) theorem, sufficient and necessary conditions for stability of such systems using static state feedback are given. 摘要

针对网络控制系统不确定长时延的特点,通过在双端网络控制系统的节点处设置适当数量的缓冲器,可以将随机时滞系统转化为确定性时滞系统。提出了一种基于观测器的固定时滞控制设计方法来构造增广状态空间模型。基于Lyapunov函数和线性矩阵不等式定理,给出了静态反馈下该类系统稳定的充要条件。仿真结果证明了该方法的有效性。
