The case analysis shows that the research plays a positive role in the rapid judgment of fault causes, the acceleration of rush-repair command speed and the shortening of fault outage time. 摘要

目前,配电网的抢修计划已成为影响电网可靠性的一个重要因素。影响抢修过程的四个问题是:1)无法接收到完整的故障信息;2)基于个人经验的故障诊断;3)调度流程繁琐;4)抢修后缺乏经验总结。以上因素影响了调度员的故障判断,降低了指挥响应速度,延长了抢修进度和停电时间。针对上述问题,提出了本研究。提出了一种基于关联关系法的主动抢修策略。提出了一种基于BP算法的智能故障诊断方法。为了优化调度指令流程,提出了“销售-分配-调度-维修”的抢修数据库。实例分析表明,该研究对快速判断故障原因、加快抢修指令速度、缩短故障停机时间起到了积极的作用。本文的研究将有助于提高电网的供电可靠性。
