目的:探讨新冠肺炎大流行期间护士工作压力、心理弹性、心理弹性水平之间的关系。材料与方法:对359名护士进行横断面相关性研究。数据采用《个人信息表》、《工作压力量表》、《接受与行动问卷II》和《简易弹性量表》收集。结果:被试的工作压力平均得分为41.45±6.51分(最小18分,最大72分),心理弹性平均得分为18.57±4.72分。结论:本研究结果表明,随着护士心理弹性水平的提高,其心理弹性水平也随之提高。
