The structure design optimization was performed of the front-end, including Hood, Fender and Cowl top for a SUV car. The final assessment results show that the optimized front-end structure meet the requirements of Euro-NCAP pedestrian protocol, in favor of the pedestrian protection performance improvement. 依据行人保护评价程序(Euro-New car Assessment Program, Euro-NCAP),采用计算机辅助工程技术(CAE)和物理试验对行人头部碰撞安全性能进行了评价。对影响行人头部碰撞性能的关键因素进行了详细分析。对某型SUV汽车的前罩、挡泥板和前罩进行了结构优化设计。最终评估结果表明,优化后的前端结构满足Euro-NCAP行人协议的要求,有利于行人保护性能的提高。从而为SUV轿车的前端结构设计提供最好的参考。
