Research design uses quantitative design. Data collection methods used in this study are documentation, interviews with employees and questionnaires distributed to 24 people. The analytical tool used in this study is the analysis of Simple Linear Regression Analysis using the SPSS version 16.0 program. The results showed that there was a significant effect of Employee Work Effectiveness Variables (X) partially on the Service Efficiency in the North Bungku sub-District Office (Y). This can be seen from the value of the regression coefficient = 1.359, and the significant level> 0.001 with obtained tcount = 3.808 greater than t table = 1.876 at the 0.05 significance level which means accepting Ha and rejecting Ho. There is a significant effect of Employee Work Effectiveness Variables (X) simultaneously on Service Efficiency (Y). 摘要
