Penelitian sebelumnya menyikapi sikap pencarian bantuan yang rendah menjadi perhatian serius selama pandemi dengan beberapa faktor penghalang seperti stigma diri dan literasi kesehatan mental.Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan literasi kesehatan mental depresi dan stigma diri dengan sikap mencari bantuan (help seeking) masalah kesehatan mental pada Mahasiswa Keperawatan di Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Bali. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian analitik korelatif dengan metode pendekatan Cross Sectional, menggunakan 353 sampel yang dipilih dengan teknik Stratified Random Sampling di Institut Teknologi dan Kesehatan Bali. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan saat pengumpulan data menggunakan tiga kuesioner yaitu Depresion Literacy (D-Lit),Self Stigma Of Mental Health (SSOH),dan Mental Health Seeking Attitude Scale (MHSAS) yang diisi sendiri oleh responden secara online melalui google form serta analisa data yang digunakan yaitu uji Spearman Rho.Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa keperawatan memiliki literasi kesehatan mental depresi yang tinggi dengan stigma diri sedang, sikap mencari bantuan masalah kesehatan mental yang kurang baik, terdapat hubungan antara stigma diri dengan sikap mencari bantuan masalah kesehatan mental dengan nilai p value=0.014 dan r=0.131 dan tidak adanya hubungan antara literasi kesehatan mental depresi dengan sikap mencari bantuan masalah kesehatan mental dengan nilai p value= 0.897dan r = 0.007.Kesimpulan: Stigma diri menjadi faktor penghalang yang signifikan dalam proses pencarian bantuan masalah kesehatan mental sehingga perlunya melakukan upaya pengurangan stigma diri pada mahasiswa saat melakukan pencarian bantuan.\nKata Kunci: Literasi,Stigma Diri,Sikap,Kesehatan Mental\n \n Abstract\nBackground: The COVID-19 pandemic has caused mental health problems for students. Previous research addressing the low attitude of seeking help became a serious concern during the pandemic with several barrier factors such as self-stigma and mental health literacy. The purpose of this study was to determinethe correlation between mental health literacy depression and self-stigma with the help-seeking attitude of mental health problems in nursing students at the Institute of Health Sciences Bali.Method: This study employed a correlative analytic research design with a Cross-Sectional approach, using 353 samples selected by the Stratified Random Sampling technique at the Institute of Health Sciences Bali. The data were collected using three questionnaires, namely Depression Literacy (D-Lit), Self-stigma of Mental Health (SSOH), and Mental Health Seeking Attitude Scale (MHSAS) questionnaires. Those were filled out by respondents online via google form and the data analysis. Used is Spearman Rho test.Results: Findings indicated that nursing students had high depression of mental health literacy with moderate self-stigma and poor attitude in seeking help for mental health problems; there was a correlation between self-stigma and attitude in seeking help for mental health problems (p-value = 0.014 and r = 0.131). 摘要
