If India has to boost its economy it has to consider and take the gig economy seriously. The short-term effects of it will be painful, but in the long-term if they provide better government policies, improve infrastructure and the supply chain mechanism throughout the country, provide opportunities in Government and private sector and providing specific training to a large population it will be a huge boon to the nation.
