Focusing on knowledge sharing, the kernel of KM. the concept, processes, as well as obstacles to knowledge sharing have been analyzed. Based on them, a case study of knowledge sharing with background of an architecture planning enterprise is discussed. The case study illuminates how to carry out knowledge sharing inside enterprise according to the individual situation.
