In its development, village funds are prone to corrupt practices. The lack of understanding of the village apparatus and the absence of policy instruments that are the parameters of success are crucial obstacles in village development. Law enforcement based on the restorative, corrective and rehabilitative paradigm is an effort made by the North Sumatra High Court in handling the crime of corruption in village funds. 摘要
关于村的2014年第6号法是村资金分配和管理的法律依据。在发展过程中，村级基金容易出现腐败现象。缺乏对村庄机构的了解和缺乏作为成功参数的政策工具是村庄发展的关键障碍。北苏门答腊高等法院在处理乡村资金贪污犯罪方面所作的一项努力是，以恢复、矫正和改造范例为基础的执法工作。为了最大限度地减少北苏门答腊省农村资金分配和管理中的违规行为，成立了P3TPK工作队、TP4D、AKUR计划(Ayo Kawal Uang Rakyat)和“JAKSA JAGA DESA”计划，并利用腐败影响评估(CIA)优化腐败处理。
