Considering the limitations in the present study, a three dimension symmetrical numerical calculation model using Volume of Fluid(VOF)method and an experimental setup about oil droplet-solid surface oblique collision have been built. Combining experimental and numerical methods, this paper studied the oil droplet spreading behaviors on the inclined solid surface, and presented a characteristic diameter of oil film to characterize the oil droplet spreading length in different directions with mathematical processing. Then a lot of numerical calculations have been done in a wide range of conditions. 摘要

研究油滴与壁面斜碰撞后的扩散行为,是更好地理解航空发动机轴承腔内复杂两相流动的基础工作。考虑到目前研究的局限性,建立了基于流体体积法的三维对称数值计算模型和油滴与固体表面斜碰撞的实验装置。本文采用实验与数值相结合的方法,研究了油滴在倾斜固体表面上的扩散行为,提出了油膜的特征直径,通过数学处理表征了油滴在不同方向上的扩散长度。然后在各种条件下进行了大量的数值计算。根据数值计算结果,通过数据分析,最终建立了特征直径与碰撞条件之间的无因次函数关系。
