摘要

在电梯相关事故频发的情况下,牵引钢丝绳断裂会对乘客造成严重的伤亡,因此,对牵引钢丝绳是否断裂进行实时监控是非常重要的。本文提出了一种利用CCD视觉检测算法监测电梯牵引钢丝绳是否断裂的方法。通过CCD摄像机实时采集牵引钢丝绳的图像信息,对采集到的图像进行中值滤波、二值化阈值分割、Canny算子边缘提取,通过轴线投影算法或面积差分算法获得牵引钢丝绳的边缘信息,并将计算结果与标准误差进行比较。当比较结果不超过允许误差值时,即为牵引钢丝绳工作正常,否则判断牵引钢丝绳断裂。实验结果表明,该算法能够实时检测电梯牵引钢丝绳是否断裂。
