Analysis of the Impact of Pre-employment Survey Results on the Achievement of Employment Objectives of Students

Abstract:The purpose of application-oriented undergraduate education is to train application-oriented talents in line with the needs of socialist modernization construction, and it is also the basic requirement of higher education to train employable contemporary university students, while effective education needs to be provided for the targeted training of students’ employability according to their needs. Through pre-employment survey, we can understand the three individual and environmental variables of students’ family backgrounds, admission concepts and personality traits, possess the existing relevant information of students and grasp the causes of students’ demands, for the purpose of providing targeted student-centered education and teaching activities from the perspective of education supply-side. This paper aims to explore the existing employability of the 2020 freshmen, based on the pre-employment survey results of the university freshmen, and further train their employability in the future.
