Head computed tomography (CT) revealed marked ventriculomegaly and magnetic resonance imaging with gadolinium contrast showed an enhanced mass at C2-3. Excision of neurinoma resulted in improvement of both gait and memory disturbance with no urinary incontinence. Follow up head CT demonstrated ventricular size became smaller without periventricular lucency.
