Silicon nitride micro ring-resonator for chirp modulated lasers
Microring resonators to be implemented with silicon nitride waveguides to increase the extinction ratio of chirp modulated laser are presented. They will be used with tunable lasers addressing 4 different channels spaced by 100GHz.
