Various phase measuring methods for radio-frequency integrated circuits transceiver modules of active phased array antenna are represented. The possibility of measuring pulses with short duration is shown. The methods allow analyzing phase switching time of the lower discrete phase shifter bit states taking into account transients. A comparison of two measurement methods were made.
