A propos de la gouvernance entrepreneuriale : Une modélisation LOGIT de la relation d’accompagnement

Governance concept is rarely applied to to entrepreneurship field of research.

This article is a contribution to solve this gap with an application to the accompanying devices. It is based on data and observations from such a device called Boutique de Gestion in France. The LOGIT method is used to appreciate and predict the adhesion of a potential entrepreneur to the accompanying curses proposed by the Boutiques de Gestion.

The two first parts of the article presents the methodology and the assumptions. Finally, results and policy implications are discussed in a third time. One of the result is that ethnic origin of the entrepreneur is a very relevant variable in the LOGIT model. This suggests a differentiation of the accompanying process following the public. The use of our modelisation could then be a governance tool for the specialists who accompany entrepreneurs.
