摘要

提出了一种低分辨率航拍图像中输电线路的检测方法。该方法分为线提取和线拟合两个步骤。首先,提出了一种基于Hessian矩阵的线条提取算法,从复杂背景中分割线条;此外,采用基于区域增长的图像滤波算法,消除背景产生的干扰点。第二步,提出了一种基于期望最大化(EM)方法的直线拟合算法,得到直线的几何参数和位置。实验证明了该检测方法的有效性和高效性。
