The analysis of literary sources has shown that the key problems of modern social progress are related to leadership, competitive strategies, and a creative approach to teaching in higher education using innovative learning technologies. An experiment was conducted on the application of problem-based learning technology in the process of training future specialists-leaders at the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute”. 摘要:本文致力于培养未来各专业的专业领导者作为乌克兰科学、技术和社会复兴的组织者的问题。研究发现,在工程高等教育机构组织培训这些领导人是有利的,这在俄罗斯侵略乌克兰的背景下尤为重要。对文献资料的分析表明,现代社会进步的关键问题与领导力、竞争战略以及利用创新学习技术在高等教育中创造性地进行教学有关。在国立技术大学“哈尔科夫理工学院”进行了一项关于在培训未来专家领导过程中应用基于问题的学习技术的实验。本文提出了一些因素,这些因素决定了使用各种形式的基于问题的学习与其他互动技术相结合的可行性,以解决提高各专业领导者专家培训质量的问题。
