摘要

由于LNG罐式集装箱运输易燃易爆液体,影响因素多,容易发生安全事故,其中侧翻在LNG罐式集装箱运输车运输事故中占很大比例,并可能造成严重后果,因此有必要对LNG罐式集装箱运输车侧翻事故的原因及风险控制进行研究。详细列出并分析了LNG道路运输车辆侧翻事故的成因,阐明了车速对侧翻事故的作用机理,提出可结合道路线形等因素对安全车速进行研究,建立安全车速模型,从车速管理方面制定风险控制措施,有效保障LNG道路运输安全。本文选取固定模型,利用TruckSim软件建立LNG罐式集装箱运输车动力学模型,选取LNG罐式集装箱运输车在不同载荷下行驶的情况,并对LNG罐式集装箱运输车的不同速度通道进行仿真,根据分析结果,在行驶到圆曲线半径较小的急弯时需要提前减速,以减少侧翻事故的发生。
