摘要

研究小组于2011年8月至12月对江苏省光伏企业的技术人员和管理人员进行问卷调查。本文建立了光伏企业知识获取影响技术创新绩效的结构方程模型。基于问卷的实证分析验证了模型的作用机制。研究结果表明，知识获取对光伏企业技术创新绩效具有正向影响。技术能力在知识获取与创新绩效之间具有部分中介作用。政府行为具有调节作用。政府研发补贴对企业研发投入的刺激作用具有杠杆效应，电力补贴对企业技术能力和创新绩效的提升作用具有驱动效应，但产业规划的调节作用不显著。
