The proposed antenna applied by stacked structure can meet the demands of different polarization properties. Aims at off-body communication, a shorted circular patch is introduced to form a monopole-like radiation pattern with linear polarization property at 2.45 GHz. At a higher frequency of 5.8 GHz, a truncated patch is utilized for on-body communication at the bottom of the antenna.
