印尼是其中一个列入州法的国家。法律是一种规则,离不开我们的日常生活,我们生活的每一个环节都在法律的阴影下。法律除了用来保护我们不被滥用权力外,还用来维护正义。这种自由是当今现代社会的标志。但自由也有某些品质。一个自由的个体并不意味着他们可以自己做事情,比如破坏他们的环境,破坏别人的货物,骚扰一个人的妻子或丈夫等等。1945年《宪法》第28条E款规定:“每个人都有按照自己的宗教信仰和崇拜的自由,选择教育和教学的自由,选择工作的自由,选择公民身份的自由,在国家领土上选择居住和放弃居住的自由,以及返回的权利。每个人都有按照自己的良心信仰、表达思想和态度的自由的权利。每个人都有结社、集会和言论自由的权利。”
