摘要

为了研究应力对焊缝磁异常的影响,采用应力集中检测仪器金属磁记忆(MMM)测试仪对三种焊缝进行了试验。对中国普光首站天然气管道进行了MMM试验,对比了T焊、直焊和环焊的MMM波形图和MMM数据的数学分析,并对其进行了定量的MMM特性分析。实验结果表明,不同焊缝具有不同的MMM特征,基于磁异常信号波形特征和定量MMM特征可以识别缺陷类型,对管道缺陷进行定量评价。
