本文从生产厂家的角度综述了分析电镜对粘土矿物的分析。目前,用于电子显微镜的能量色散光谱仪有两种。从Na到U的元素可以用be窗型检测器检测,从C到U的元素可以用超薄窗(UTW)检测器检测。此外,Cliff-Lorimer法还可以对薄片试样进行定量化学分析,准确度较高。电压加速度、探测器死区时间、入射电子束电流、入射电子束对试样的损伤和对试样的污染等实验因素应给予更多的关注,以获得更可靠的结果。
