Based on two area system DC load flow model derivation is carried out. In the time domain, there is a weighted linear relationship between power fluctuation of tie-line and different power fluctuation source's power injection; in the frequency domain, the self-PSD of tie-line power fluctuation can be expressed as the weighted linear sum of the self-PSD and cross-PSD of different power fluctuation source's power injection. Under certain conditions, the self-PSD of tie-line power fluctuation can be expressed via some simplified formula. Stochastic power fluctuations analysis on relationship between the tie-line of interconnected power systems and bus power injection
