The bent diameters under study were 2.9, 3.1 and 3.3mm and the optical powers injected in the bent fiber had the values of 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 W. For the bending diameter of 3.1 mm the failure probability presented a Weibull parameter of −0.279±0.021 for the optical power of 1.5 W and −1.38±0.158 for the optical power of 1.0 W.
