摘要

设备维修管理支出中的单位标准是每年用于维修机构、仓库作业、专业培训、部门作业和相关设备管理的支出。目前我军单位标准的设定,主要依靠专家的主观判断,规模任意大。针对这一问题,本文将聚类分析引入到设备维修管理支出的单位标准中,并结合主成分分析方法和实际的单位标准制定,建立了一种改进的基于小样本的聚类分析算法,为单位标准的制定提供了新的思路。算例分析结果表明,该算法是可行的,单位标准更加科学合理。
