At present, the setting of the unit standard of our military mainly relies on the subjective judgment of experts and is arbitrarily large. For this problem, this paper introduces cluster analysis into the unit standard of equipment maintenance management expenditure, and combines the principal component analysis method and the actual unit standard setting to establish an improved cluster analysis algorithm based on small sample, which provides a new idea for the setting of unit standard.
