Optimalisasi Supervisi Kepala Ruangan dalam Pelaksanaan Edukasi Personal Hygiene untuk Keluarga dan Pasien

The purpose of this research is to design an innovation that can improve the planning function of the supervision program by the head of the room through the design of making educational videos for families and patients to create patient independence. The method used is the case study method. This research begins with conducting a study of problem identification, problem analysis, prioritization of problems to be analyzed using fishbone. The next stage of the strategy will be planned by preparing a Plan of Action, then implementing it. The results showed that the fulfillment of personal hygiene needs by nurses in the inpatient room of the Depok Hospital was in the not optimal category. Recommendation: for the field of nursing, the head of the nursing section and the head of the room to carry out regular supervision.
