We use NIST randomness test suites sts-2.1.1 which consists of 15 statistical tests. According to the test results, SIMON-64-PGV-5 and SIMECK-64-PGV-5 PRNG pass all tests but SPECK-64-PGV-5 PRNG does not pass Random Excursions test. Statistical test on lightweight block cipher-based PRNG
