Figure 1 shows the major incidents of river pollution from 2012 to 2020. If the pollution of the river can be known in advance, the degree of pollution in the coastal waters can be greatly reduced. In the paper, a water quality sensor combined with a 4G/5G module was used to send the detected data to the server.
