The sampling technique used was random sampling. Partial Least Square (PLS) is used to test the hypothesis in this study by using SmartPLS 3.0. 摘要

本研究的目的是检验培训、员工环境和组织文化对员工绩效的影响,并以满意度为中介变量。采用定量方法,本研究的数据是从雅加达巴丹·佩拉蒂汗·彭迪迪坎·Keuangan秘书处的100名雇员中收集的。采用随机抽样技术。本研究采用偏最小二乘法(PLS)对SmartPLS 3.0进行假设检验。本研究结果发现,培训对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,工作环境对员工绩效有显著的正向影响,组织文化对员工绩效有显著的正向影响。其次,对工作满意度有显著正向影响,工作环境对工作满意度有显著正向影响,组织文化对工作满意度有显著正向影响,工作满意度对员工绩效有显著正向影响。此外,我们还发现培训对员工绩效的直接影响大于培训对工作满意度的间接影响,工作环境对员工绩效的直接影响大于工作环境对工作满意度的间接影响,组织文化对员工绩效的直接影响大于组织文化对工作满意度的间接影响。
