摘要

本研究的目的在于制定一个有效且可靠的评估量表,以确定教师的保护因素。本研究以2017-2018学年秋季学期在Aydın市Efeler区小学任教的348名小学教师为研究对象。本研究采用探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析技术对研究的结构效度进行检验。在所得结果的背景下,所编制的量表可以定义为一个有效可靠的量表,用于确定小学教师的保护因素。
