Based on the analytic hierarchy process, the 10kV distribution network project evaluation index system is established, influence among evaluating indicators is analyzed and influence matrix of evaluating indicators is built. After that, the calculation methods of correction factors, which are developed from the influence matrix, can make quantitative analysis for the urgency of medium voltage distribution network comprehensively. Not only the evaluating indicator importance degree to the overall evaluation is considered, but also the impact of mutual influence degree between evaluating indicators on the overall evaluation is taken into account. It is possible to give a more accurate evaluation score level for evaluation samples. 摘要

提出了一种考虑校正因素的中压配电网工程紧迫性综合评价新方法。基于层次分析法，建立了10kV配电网项目评价指标体系，分析了评价指标之间的影响，建立了评价指标的影响矩阵。在此基础上，从影响矩阵发展出修正系数的计算方法，可以对中压配电网的紧急性进行全面的定量分析。既考虑了评价指标对整体评价的重要程度，又考虑了评价指标之间的相互影响程度对整体评价的影响。对评价样本给出更准确的评价分数水平是可能的。通过对3条10kV电力线的分析，验证了该方法的有效性和实用性。
