The paper is especially focused on the model DVB-SH-A, which is using configuration with OFDM transmission mode. For the simulation there was developed application and its functions are described in the paper too. By using this application the BER (Bit Error Ratio) after turbo decoding, with respecting the number of iterations, can be evaluated.
