By classifying and analyzing the basic data types of the document, making the configuration file storage rules, customizing the document templates, and applying the automatic document generation algorithm to translate the document template into data-gathering documents with specific date. 摘要
针对企业数据采集文档编制过程中效率低、错误率高、需要手工查询和记录的问题,结合Visual Basic for application (VBA)、ActiveX Data Object (ADO)和可扩展标记语言(XML)的应用,建立了文档自动生成的数学模型。通过对文档的基本数据类型进行分类和分析,制定配置文件的存储规则,定制文档模板,并应用文档自动生成算法将文档模板转换为特定日期的数据采集文档。该模型已在某卫星平台任务文档自动生成系统中得到应用,应用实践证明了该模型的可行性和有效性。
