As a new business model, electronic commerce has made a significant influence on people's life. Firstly this paper divides the user's utility into the utility associated with risk and the utility not related to risk. Because the particularity of the network environment, the user's utility is affected by risk factors. Secondly we focus on the factors influencing on optimal pricing level of C2C electronic commerce network in three stages, which included network externalities, income, the level of credit and service cost. 摘要

近年来,随着互联网在中国的普及,C2C购物网站正在蓬勃发展。虽然大规模的积累了大量的用户,但是仍然没有一家C2C平台能够实现我们的盈利。电子商务作为一种新的商业模式,已经对人们的生活产生了重大影响。本文首先将用户效用分为与风险相关的效用和与风险无关的效用。由于网络环境的特殊性,用户的效用受到风险因素的影响。其次,将影响C2C电子商务网络最优定价水平的因素分为网络外部性、收入、信用水平和服务成本三个阶段。最后得出一些结论,对人们具有一定的指导意义。
