摘要

本文提出了一种新的单值嗜中性集散度测度,并给出了其有效性证明,克服了现有散度测度的不足。本文还讨论了单值嗜中性集的新发散测度的性质。通过数值实例说明了该方法在公司选择和医学调查决策中的实际应用。将新发散测度与现有发散测度在中性环境下进行了比较,并对有效性检验准则进行了验证,结果表明,新发散测度比现有发散测度具有更好的可理解性和可行性。
