本文提出了一种基于ADLINK COM Express (Computer on Module Express)计算机模块的便携式超声导波检测仪。该探测器搭载Windows7操作系统,采用PCIe (Peripheral Component Interconnect Express)总线作为COM Express和Xilinx的FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array)。传输线内数据传输速率可达500MB/s。此外,模拟电路采用自主开发的高压脉冲信号产生电路和信号采集电路。最后,利用该探测器在铝板和管道中激发超声导波,实现了铝板和管道中缺陷回波信号的识别,验证了所设计探测器的可靠性。
