The calibrated torque sensor adopts fiber Bragg grating full bridge optical path to realize the automatic compensation of temperature and bending moment. It is suitable for the measurement of torque parameters in water environment. In this paper, the measurement accuracy and underwater performance of torque standard device are tested by loading experiment in water environment. Experiments show that the maximum nonlinear error, repeatability and underwater working stability of the underwater torque sensor are good, which indicates that the torque sensor not only has good measurement accuracy, but also can work well in the underwater and other liquid environment. 摘要

本文设计了一种用于水环境下扭矩传感器扭矩加载标定和测试的标准装置。校准后的扭矩传感器采用光纤布拉格光栅全桥光路,实现了温度和弯矩的自动补偿。它适用于水环境中扭矩参数的测量。本文通过在水环境下的加载实验,对扭矩标准装置的测量精度和水下性能进行了测试。实验表明,该水下扭矩传感器的最大非线性误差、可重复性和水下工作稳定性良好,表明该扭矩传感器不仅具有良好的测量精度,而且可以在水下和其他液体环境中良好地工作。本文的研究工作为水等液体环境下的扭矩测量提供了重要的技术手段。
