摘要

针对由IP摄像机和网络录像机组成的智能视频监控系统,提出了一种基于检测跟踪框架的多人在线跟踪方法。首先,提出了基于高/低置信度目标的两步数据关联方法,有效处理长期遮挡;此外,还提出了严重靶间遮挡的原因分析和处理方法。具有代表性的实验结果证明了该方法的有效性和鲁棒性。
