The intelligence of an agent is achieved using an integrated production rule expert system. Intelligent agents help to successfully solve the problems associated with decision-making when incidents and emergencies occur, identify the preferences and satisfy the requirements of people. The algorithms of an intelligent agent were tested by simulating an emergency - a fire breakout in one of the building's areas. Intelligent Multi-Agent Building Management in Various Operation Modes
