摘要

提出了一种适用于工业视觉系统的振动零件进给机的改进计数方法。进给零件的机架由工业摄像机高速连续监控,因此采用高效准确的计数方法至关重要。以往的研究将零件的二维空间信号转换为一维信号的时间序列,从而实现高效计数。本文在保持效率的同时,考虑了各零件进给速度的变化,进一步抑制了以往研究中的计数误差。
