摘要

绩效管理就是通过定期的绩效考核对员工的行为和产出进行管理,对员工的行为和产出进行客观、公正、全面的评价。缺乏统一的人才标准,给物业管理行业的技能选拔和绩效管理增加了很多困难。本研究以心理契约理论为指导,设计了物业经理的技能标准体系,从职业操守和工作技能两方面建立了指标体系,并对各指标分别进行了定义,旨在对物业经理团队进行合理、科学的绩效考核。
