Energy efficiency in lighting: AC vs DC LED lights
This paper focuses on LED lights that are powered by Direct Current source. A comparison of Alternating Current(AC) and Direct Current(DC) LED lights efficiencies has been done. We have also evaluated the driver efficiency and thermal stability for both AC and DC lights. Experiments have been conducted on the life-test of DC LED tube-light.
