The performance of the DJMS is evaluated through different measures such as mean flow time, mean tardiness, standard deviation of flow time, standard deviation of tardiness, production output and work-in-process. A combination of dispatching rules and different job types is taken for simulation experiments. 摘要

研究了离散事件仿真(DES)在动态作业车间制造系统(DJMS)仿真中的应用。目前,在制造系统布局和生产线设计中,工程师们都非常熟悉DES软件工具,它有助于对任何问题进行分析和验证,从而得到一个很好的解决方案。在本研究中,使用DES软件工具“SimEvents”开发仿真模型。本文研究了动态处理加等待(DPPW)到期日分配方法和四种调度规则。通过平均流程时间、平均延迟时间、流程时间标准差、延迟时间标准差、生产产量和在制品等不同指标对DJMS的性能进行评价。采用调度规则与不同作业类型相结合的方式进行仿真实验。本文对仿真结果进行了统计和图形分析。
