摘要

水轮发电机组非线性振动故障较为常见,是导致水轮发电机组系统失稳的主要原因之一。本文以水轮发电机非线性振动故障为研究对象,对Benily水轮发电机试验台进行了仿真。应用小波变换方法对水轮发电机振动信号进行分析,针对非线性振动故障的特征提取进行了研究。应用多尺度小波方法对水轮发电机组的非线性振动问题进行了研究,结果表明,多尺度小波方法可以实现摩擦故障的诊断。
